I am Lindsey Jenna, a registered nurse certified in holistic health coaching from IIN, Specializing in mindset and lifestyle strategies to improve your lifestyle and mental and physical wellness. I am a wellness enthusiast and owner of Juice'em Juicery Fresh pressed juice, a reiki practitioner, zero waste and minimalist wannabe, a mama bear and wife, US Marine, Sober almost 10 years, mental health warrior and having multiple chronic illnesses myself, I AM HERE FOR YOU. I truly understand you and likely have been through many things you are going through and can teach you to grow through knowledge!! My path of hardship has created the space for me to help others. I worked hard and I will teach you to want to do the same. By the end you will never want to quit feeling better and living a life you only thought you could dream of!!
