Deposit   Policy

A 50% is required for all glam bookings unless stated otherwise. Remaining balance will be due once your service is complete. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Coaching will be first month paid up front to begin scheduling and monthly payments will be set up for auto payments for the remaining months included in your package!

 

Cancellation Policy
In the event that you have to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before glam services and 48 hours before coaching session. Deposits are non-refundable.

No Show Policy
If you schedule an appointment and are a "no show", your deposit will be lost and you will not be able to schedule any future appointments.

Reschedule Policy
In the event that you are unable to make your scheduled appointment you reschedule one time without any penalties. If you have to reschedule that same appointment again, your original deposit will be lost.

Late Policy
Please be courteous of our time and let us know if you are running late. You will be given a 15-minute grace period for your appointment. After, a $20 late fee will be added to your balance. If you more than are 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be considered as a walk in. late. This policy is in place in order for us to service other clients that have booked appointments.

Bookings
Appointments can be booked online 24/7 through our website, please email me at thewellnessdealer@gmail.com  if     you have any booking questions. To book an appointment online, click Book online on the service you have chosen at the date and time you desire. The next screen will be for you to pay your deposit through PayPal. You can choose to pay the deposit or the cost of the whole service. Once your payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your date and time.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICYf For coaching services

All contracts are binding. I do not offer refunds on coaching or Glam services. I am here to coach you to your highest level of success, and part of that is requiring a commitment from you that you are fully invested in your coaching package.  When refunds are an option, you can have “one foot in” the work, and “one foot out” the door.  It is to YOUR benefit to decide BEFORE purchasing your package and committing to work with me that I am the right coach for you.  If you’re in, you need to be 100% in, just as I will be for you. 

Should you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so by providing 48 hours notice in advance of your session and making up the session within a week of the originally scheduled date.  Sessions not cancelled 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for make-ups.  It is important that you prioritize this work to receive the full benefit of your coaching package.
