Cancelation Policy

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING Deposit Policy A 50% is required for all bookings unless stated otherwise. Remaining balance will be due once your service is complete. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation Policy In the event that you have to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Deposits are non-refundable. No Show Policy If you schedule an appointment and are a "no show", your deposit will be lost and you will not be able to schedule any future appointments. Reschedule Policy In the event that you are unable to make your scheduled appointment you reschedule one time without any penalties. If you have to reschedule that same appointment again, your original deposit will be lost. Late Policy Please be courteous of our time and let us know if you are running late. You will be given a 15-minute grace period for your appointment. After, a $20 late fee will be added to your balance. If you more than are 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be considered as a walk in. late. This policy is in place in order for us to service other clients that have booked appointments. Bookings Appointments can be booked online 24/7 through our website, please call the studio at 563-484-6917 if you have any booking questions. To book an appointment online, click Book online on the service you have chosen at the date and time you desire. The next screen will be for you to pay your deposit through PayPal. You can choose to pay the deposit or the cost of the whole service. Once your payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your date and time.
